You should contact the museum directly for information concerning parking, days & hours of operation and directions.

You must cancel any reservations that you will not be using as soon as possible so that another patron may borrow the pass!
You may view your reservations and make changes online by visiting our Museum Pass page & by clicking on the [My Passes] link.
If you fail to cancel your reservation and you do not pick up your pass during the time period that you reserved it, it will
still count as one of your two uses per 60 days.

You may borrow no more than two passes in a 60 day period.

You must bring your W.I. Library card with you when visiting a museum in addition to the pass.

Pass reservations are not transferrable.

Please print out the confirmation page that appears after making your reservation & bring it with you when you come in to pick up your pass.

All passes may be borrowed for three days in total (excluding Sundays).
Ex: If they are checked out on Monday they must be returned on Wednesday. If they are checked out on a Friday they must be returned on Monday.

Passes cannot be renewed or extended for any reason.

There will be a $20 fee for each day that the pass is late.

If the pass is lost the borrower is responsible for the replacement cost of the pass.

The library is not responsible if a pass is returned late, so please call before coming to pick up your reserve to make sure
that it is available for you.

Free admission passes are for the use of West Islip residents only and may not be sold.

Passes can be picked up in the Children's Department during normal Library hours on the
first day of your reservation.

Passes must be returned in person at the Circulation Desk during normal Library hours.
Under no circumstances should a pass be left in the book-drop bin or left on the counter.

West Islip Public Library cardholders that are 18 and over & in good standing may reserve a Museum Pass.

Museum passes may be reserved up to two months in advance of the desired date, subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.

The Museum reserves the right to determine the rules and regulations governing the use of the pass
